How do I send thank you emails to my donors?

After a donor makes a donation to your fundraising efforts,  you can send them your appreciation by sending them a thank you email. But you can also send emails directly from your fundraising center.

Step 1: Navigate to the Email Center

  • On the fundraising center dashboard, click EMAIL on the navigation bar.

Step 2: Compose Your Email

  • Select a Thank You email template.
  • Click Next.
  • Customize your message or leave the content as is.
  • Click Next.

Step 3: Select your donors

  • In the Contacts box, select Groups.
  • Choose the Donors group.
  • Click Next

Step 4: Preview and Send Your Email

  • Review your email.
  • Click Send.
