Why do I get a message on the mobile app saying I’m not registered for an event when I am?

If you are using the same login credentials that work when logging in your Autism Speaks account on a computer, contact our mobile apps team.

Underneath the search bar, please click "New Support Ticket."

Please submit your ticket with the following information:

  • Event name, event date, and city.
